I am back.

I could not STAND to think that this [ongoing memoir project] is part of my actual job- thanks to supportive Word Nerds such as anyone kind enough to be reading- and I was, essentially, not “showing up for work”.

I am facing down my last week of (sort-of?) hospital times.
